Ministry of Human Resource (MOHR): Also known as the Kementerian Sumber Manusia (KSM), the mission of MOHR is to develop a competitive workforce in an environment of industrial harmony and social justice.  MOHR also aims to develop a workforce that is productive, informative, discipline, caring and responsive to the changing labor environment towards increasing the economic growth and hence create more job opportunities.

Skills Development Fund (PTPK): The Skills Development Fund Act 2004 (Act 640) which was officially gazetted on the 1st December 2004, thus establishing the Skills Development Corporation to manage the Skills Development Fund. The Fund has been established to grant skills training loans to trainees of approved skills training programmes, especially those based on the National Occupational Skill Standard (NOSS).

Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK) Certificates ensures that job and career development prospects can be enhanced, since Certificate holders have been assessed and verified as fulfilling the requirements of gainful employment in Malaysian industry. By possessing the JPK Certificates, individuals may project themselves as dignified professionals in their own rights, thus enhancing the status of skills jobs and careers at large.
